"We didn’t get to check in as no one was at the hotel. We tried calling the number provided and no one answered. We tried contacting hotels.com but they didn’t help either, and have ignored all emails about refunds! Terrible experience! Would not recommend!"

Room was ok, good size and view. Poorly sound insulated from above and below, we could hear people in the other rooms conversations clearly. Staff were friendly."

"Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. "

"Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. "
