Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay. "Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. "
