Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. Of course, you have to expect a certain amount of noise but I was there on weekdays so it wasnt bad. The main thing I would like to mention in this review is the staff. They are so nice and helpful in every way. Id like to compliment Shannon specifically. I lost my cellphone on my first day there (eventually found it in a friend’s car) and didnt know anyone’s phone number so I was freaking out to say the least. Shannon was so kind which helped me remain calm and I am so grateful to her! ❤️"

"Room was clean. My main issue was that it was still warm in the room despite having the AC unit turned down. Valet was excellent. Front desk staff and concierge were fantastic. Also, I was unable to locate the water filling station on the 10th floor."

"We loved our stay. The room was very well appointed. Great public spaces. Delicious food and a good coffee spot in the lobby. Our favorite thing was our friendly and helpful. Everybody on the staff was from the front desk, to the valet to the people in the restaurant to the coffee people really, really great team very friendly we were made to feel so welcome."
