Outside, guests can enjoy a private 7 x 4 meter saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, cabana seating, and outdoor shower. The pool area offers full privacy. The backyard includes natural plants and trees, creating a relaxing tropical atmosphere.

Additional facilities include a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available throughout the villa. Parking is available for 2 cars and 1 motorbike.

Services include high-speed WiFi (180+ Mbps), weekly maid service for stays longer than 5 nights, and regular outdoor cleaning.
- Electricity consumption is charged separately at 7 THB per kWh, based on official meter readings. A refundable utilities security deposit, starting from 5,000 THB in cash, is kindly requested upon check-in. The deposit amount may vary depending on the length of stay, guest profile, and booking details, and will be confirmed prior to arrival.
Electricity usage will be carefully calculated and deducted from the deposit at check-out. Any remaining balance will be promptly returned, while any additional charges, if applicable, will be settled at that time. This process ensures complete transparency and fairness throughout your stay.
