"I stayed in Room 1606 from 3/07 to 3/08. During my stay, the hotel suffered a complete power outage, leaving the rooms in total darkness. I had to check out at 4:00 AM and was forced to pack my belongings with absolutely no lights. Because of these conditions, I accidentally left behind a watch with high sentimental value.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls. I have been repeatedly directed to a Lost and Found voicemail where I've left numerous messages with no response. Front desk and management have been completely unhelpful, stating "there is nothing they can do." It is deeply disappointing that a Hilton property would fail to provide basic utilities and then refuse to help recover items lost due to their own operational failures."
