Close to restaurants and shops.The house includes a large living room with an open and equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.Parking for up to 4 cars.Baby equipment included.Self-check-in at the agency, the balance and the security deposit must be settled in advance.Options to be requested at the time of booking:(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)- Linen kit including:* Double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (€30)* Single bed: Flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (€15)* Bath towels at €5 each (55 *120), to be taken home at the end of the stay!- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning.Key handover (arrival and departure) is done at the Saint-Nectaire agency.Pets are accepted for a fee of €30 per animal per stay (up to 2)A mandatory security deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be required. Le logement est très bien composé le point fort de ce logement c'est la salle de jeux plus la quantité de chambre et je dirais que le défaut de ce logement c'est le salon le canapés sont pas du tout adaptés pour le nombre de personnes Si j'ai quelque chose à améliorer dans ce logement c'est le canapé du salon qui est pas du tout adopté pour le nombre de personnes
