"My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle...

"Bon accueil et bien placé. On peut tout faire a pied. Manque de materiel pour le ménage (l’aspi n’a pas de bras correspondant). La vaisselle est juste (Achat d’une louche) et verres trop justes. Sinon ca va.Proprietaire agréable. (On a oublié nos bonnets et il nous les garde si on repasse un jour. Merci)"

"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

La plage de St Froult est à proximité de la maison idéal pour les châteaux de sable. Pour des vacances reposantes et en toute tranquillité cette maison est idéale. Les hôtes sont très agréables. "The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . Please give me immediate...

"La maison s’ouvre sur une magnifique vue sur la mer, c’est bluffant. La piscine est très bien mais mériterait d’être un peu plus chaude, elle affichait 23’ La maison est très bien équipée et il ne manque rien, juste une salle de bain supplémentaire dans la maison principale qui nous a manqué. Nous avons passé apprécié le gentil mot d’accueil des propriétaires que nous avons hélas oublié dans la maison à notre départ.
