Ideal location if you wish to visit the many castle of the Loira Valley. Lack of restaurants around but in a few minutes by car you are in Beaugency or Blois which offer a wide range of services."

"This stay was far above ANYWHERE we have EVER stayed! The grounds were spectacular! The room was so comfy, it felt like home. The best part was our host, Dominique, and the incredible breakfast that was served every morning. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault! I wish there was a rating higher than 10 because this stay called for a 20! We cannot recommend this place any higher. If you are visiting the area, make sure to include a visit here. "

Rooms are nice, bathroom is a kind of wet room so we where afraid to splash water everywhere, but walls looked coated in water tight layer. Breakfast was tasty with all kind off local produce. Not the biggest selection, but more than enough for a good filling breakfast. Only remark would be that due to off season nobody was on the property. Two small things: (1) a surprise 75 euro cleaning fee on top of vrbo charges (announced after confirmation/deposit) and (2) no Wi-Fi or phone service (the owner is addressing this)."
