"The hotel is a bit dated and needs refreshing. No plugs by the bed. Would suggest USB plugs by the beds (internationally universal). The Jacuzzi was cold and not relaxing. The proximity to the park was great"

"Great hotel that is very close to Disneyland Paris. Our room had a view of the new adventure world fireworks too, just about! Nothing to fault for cost or location "

"Issues with concierge staff being rude and denying us a gift voucher we were entitled to and had proof that we were issued it as a guest recovery from Disney due to previous poor service. Made to feel like we were lying about it even when presenting them an email from their own company. Told at 8am we would get a call from a manager 2:30pm no call happened went back and were rude to us again pretending there was a language barrier when the same person spoke to us that morning with no issue with language. After noon after 4pm call came and the weakest apology I have ever received. "
