"Young family, stayed here for 1 week. Positives: The underground parking is good because the car fits with a roofbox on the roof. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Grands Montets lift. Negatives: We booked because it had a lovely looking swimming pool for our kids and the listing advertised it as an amenity. "Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Fantastic stay! The flat was great—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location is fabulous, offering easy access to everything Chamonix has to offer. Il était humide et a nécessité d’être bien aéré en arrivant, il y avait très peu de fournitures de départ (liquide vaisselle, pastilles de lave vaisselle, savon, papier toilette) et l’internet devrait faire partie de la dotation initiale. En dehors de cela, tout est très bien dans ce logement. La douche gagnerait à avoir un rideau ou une paroi pour ne pas éclabousser partout"

"Wonderful location and excellent view. Easy to get to all that is happening in Chamonix within easy walking distance. Return is a pretty steep hill but just something to be aware of. The place was oddly dated but also had some updates. The space is a strange arrangement but also cozy. It turned out to be terrific for our needs. No closet space and the shower was barely that. But we were in a beautiful location so who can complain? Also loved the ease of parking!"
