You will be staying in a 4-room maisonette with a total area of 70 square meters, located on the first floor. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an exit leading to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules provided.

Another room on the upper floor has one French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a separate bath/WC and an additional WC. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, and the TV channels are limited to French channels only. A smoke alarm is installed, but there is no elevator access.
