"This is a nice setting in the middle of nowhere in the Normandy countryside.The owner seems very nice and friendly however it seems he is running this place alone and is working a full time job.I made the booking the same day and vlearly he hadn’t noticed it.Having finally managed to rouse him to open the door I was told room wasn't ready yet -it was around 6.30 PM ( my bedding was hanging on the washing line ) and as he was unprepared for me there would be nothing for Breakfast as the...

"Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! The worst part is we could get hold of owner till we contacted hotel.com with the check in guidance.
