"Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful staff and faultless service. The swimming pool was heated, spotlessly clean with a lovely outside seating area. The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. The only thing that could be improved in the room would be slippers to go with the bathrobes, as the bathroom floor was a little slippery. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return."

"Very simple and quick check in. The room was very clean. We had a kettle in the room but had to go to the dining room to collect other items too make hot drinks. Plenty of parking in a quiet area with a buffalo restaurant next door."

"The lighting in the room was limited, and the corridors were dark, giving an overall depressing feature. Despite advertising a restaurant, there was wasnt one for eveing meals!! Breakfast however was good. "

"If you are looking for an experience, the Priory does not disappoint. The only room on the property for guests has ties to the Romans from the year 1070. The church itself is decommissioned, but continues to host concerts. Being from the United States, opportunities to be surrounded by such history do not exist. Paul, the owner is a wonderful host and chef. He speaks English quite well and loves to make his clients feel special and share his knowledge of the buildings freely. If asked if you...
