Stoneridge D31AB has 24 steps in, is ONE LEVEL, has INTERNET ACCESS and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This home has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS FOURTEEN. After entering the CONNECTING FOYER, you'll find the LIVING ROOM with a FLAT-SCREEN TV, and a GAS FIREPLACE. There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. The first bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEEN TV and a FULL BATH. The second bedroom has two DOUBLE-SIZE BUNK beds with pull-out TRUNDLE and a TV. The third offers a QUEEN bed and a TV. These rooms share the second FULL BATH.


Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is within WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING. There is a small deck with a view of the slopes, which does NOT offer a grill. 


Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities. 


All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue. 


During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the COMMUNITY POOLS. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing night skiing adventure (see hours of operation). After a day on the slopes, take a swing at the mini golf course, try your hand at axe throwing at the Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa. Great property and location
We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends, with AMAZING access to the slopes. It was so convenient to walk right out the door and start skiing, and stop in for breaks, meals, etc. Definitely recommend!
