"Overall room was clean though there were beginning of mold in the shower. Considering the age of the building it’s not surprising. Staff is always lovely. Gym was… there. lol but at least was functional compared to my last Montreal hotel. Would stay again for what I paid. The mini kitchen is super useful."

"Very clean and tidy hotel in walking distance of old Montreal. A true non smoker. Lyft and Uber rides readily available.Heated rooftop pool is a nice touch. If you can get a deal, just book it. Well worth the stay! Would stay again."

"They had problems with their system and still going on. very difficult check in process. they lost the booking. booked again. charged. then during check out they insisted that they couldn't provide an invoice although we paid directly to the hotel. Front desk person insisted that we didn't know the process. After contacting Expedia, Expedia also confirmed that hotel has to send invoice. their supervisor also confirmed but still no invoice. they keep sending wrong check out information. too much waste of time. Rooms were not very clean and house keeping was not good. "
