"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Loved the ease of walking to Old Montreal and walking across the street to catch our train. The year-round pool and hot tub are also enjoyable. We loved our stay!"
