"Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."

"We’ve returned for the second year in the row for what is hands-down the best place for its price we’ve experienced during extended dive road trips across France. "

"We loved the property. Although it’s old in a goed way, it was also very clean. We loved the outdoor areas too. You do have to drive a bit to buy your bread but it’s worth it. Details we loved: there was a bottle of good white wine offered to us, if we had a question, like “where can we buy some good wine”, we got their personal list of vineyards and when we ware all admiring the water wheel, the owner took the effort of removing the top cover so we could enjoy the wheel turning. Lovely people! Also, there was firewood waiting in the fireplace, ready to go and there was charcoal available for the bbq. We hope to visit again."

"We had a terrible nights sleep due to a noisy motor in the ceiling right outside our room. The motor would cut in every 20 minutes and then run for about 20 minutes. I would have asked to change rooms but we arrived late evening and had to be up early again the next morning. "
