The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. "Top notch hotel in central Zermatt. Includes transfers to and from the station, which is something we didn’t appreciate until we left. That said, it’s only a 10 mins walk. We had the Alpine Chic room, which was just lovely - with a view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The best hotel so far on our travels across Switzerland."
