J'avais pourtant reçu une confirmation et mon paiement avait été débité. Le manque d'amabilité et de prise en charge de notre demande par votre employé (le premier) a été déplorable. Je me suis retrouvée sans logement pour la nuit avec mes deux enfants dans une ville inconnue. Cela aurait dû...
