"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."

We were given a room to take a shower until our room was ready. Sulli from the reception was very helpful with information and tour bookings. She gave us a great deal for our Bai Tu Long bay tour. Breakfast is excellent. We spent 1 month traveling in Vietnam and this hotel was the best we tried so far. "

"The hotel has a great location for walking Hanoi and visit turistic places. You have to check you book a room with windows (many similar good hotels in the Old Quarter offer rooms with no windows). Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views."
