- Sinclair Island Beach House on the cliff. Listen to the waves while you relax and watch the eagles and wild life in this private property with the best sunsets of the Northumberland Strait. Enjoy the huge outdoor deck and gather at night around the propane fire pit. Enjoy the amazing indoor shower or outdoor shower and use as much solar generated hot water as you desire. This beautiful home has been completely redone and is brand new on the market for 2024. You will fall in love with this gorgeous kitchen, spectacular tile/glass shower with 6 controls (body washers, rain overhead shower controls with light). The deck is wrap around with full water view. Everyone who comes to this view is mesmerized.
