"This was the perfect place for the two of us. We had full access to the backyard/pool which was very nice, peaceful and private. The lounge chairs were comfortable and there was a covered area allowing us to escape the heat of the sun when we weren’t in the pool. We were able to enjoy coffee each morning that was provided. John was very gracious and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area."

"We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to others! The property was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pool/spa area was right around the corner for easy access. The location of the property was very safe and quiet while still being centrally located with easy access to other parts of the valley. Check in and check out were a breeze and the host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay."

"I was told they didn’t have a two bedroom business suite since my reservation was at the Phoenix property. I couldn’t stay in a small one bedroom with 5 adults and 2 dogs. Front desk agent was not happy to see me. They had me swipe my card for incidentals and charge me $92 and didn’t refund it even though I didn’t stay there. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Just awful."

"There were no luggage racks for our suitcases, so they had to be put on the floor. The “pull our and up” couch does not work. We tried several times, but did want to bend the metal so just slept on the couch. "

"Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. "
