"We really enjoyed our stay as we checked out all things Lincoln in Springfield. Only 15 to 20 min drive to downtown! Quiet countryside setting surrounded by fields and cornfields. Saw several deer in the fields out back and one right off the front porch. Communication with the host was great and check-in process was super easy. Great price and very clean and comfortable environment. Also, the shower with the jets was very popular with the kids. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!"

"Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. It was especially hot outside during our stay and the house was a very comfortable temperature with the ability to adjust certain rooms to be warmer or cooler to your needs, which was especially pleasing given the historic nature of the home. You will not be disappointed renting the entire house for an event or a single room for yourself. We loved everything about Three Pines and will be back to celebrate anniversaries and events for years to come!"

"The hotel is a little older, but very well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the beds were very comfy. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the pool... very clean and spacious. We had a really nice time there!"
