"They did not honor my reservation! Instead they gave my room away and sent some thug to come to the lobby and threatened to kick me off the premises. Never had such a unprofessional experience in my life."

"Meh. Not really a hotel. Hopefully you will pay less than 1700 TWD, otherwise you will feel ripped off. I paid a lot more because Taichung was very busy on a Saturday, so I had to laugh. It's in a commercial building with no reception. You have to call to meet the manager. The room is tiny with no personality. 11 AM check out (or pay more) is unreasonable. But the room was clean and quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable."

"It was a little difficult to find the place. If you're having trouble finding, look for the building with a lot of colourful statues on it. The entrance is on the 2nd floor. Other than that, the hotel is at such a good location. Highly recommended"
