"This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. And the inviting feeling to foreigners it once had with English speaking employees, currency exchange service, ann ATM on premises and a room service menu loaded with foreign options, there are...

"We liked the friendliness of the staff quality of rooms and facilities Biggest issues - poor english of staff meant we didnt find the bar with the food we like until the end of the visit We had to leave at 6am and there should have been a way to provide us with food as we had paid for breakfast"

"The hotel lobby was super tidy and clean, rooms are on above standard, another thing to mention is the special arrangement for my amendment of my journey, since because i have overbooked 1 night , the lady at the counter has sincerely arranged cancelation for the night and as well refunded to me. I felt she has carried an excellent of customer sevice and taking ownership to my trouble. A big thumbs up to her!"
