It is a completely renovated house, with tendencies of another recognition era. It is located in the center of Chania. In a quiet, safe and welcoming neighborhood. Walking distance: just 3 minutes from the city center (Market), 5 minutes from the main bus station, 5 minutes from a private hospital, 1 minute from the post office, pharmacy. It has everything you need for a comfortable and quality stay, with a garden in front and behind the house and 3 separate, comfortable bedrooms. The house is very comfortable. It has two large wardrobes, a separate chest of drawers and an additional open wardrobe. In addition to a hair dryer, we also have a hair straightener, sewing supplies, shower gel, shampoo, clean towels, sheets, laundry detergent, a pharmacy and a safe. There is a garden around the house, while you can enjoy your food or your coffee on one of the two private balconies. Located on the ground floor, it is very bright all day and quite cool in the summer. The spaces are very comfortable, because the coexistence is very smooth and everyone has their own private space. Finally, a special space for work is available, inside a room.
