A fantastic and friendly hotel. There are only around 40 rooms making the hotel intimate, communal and respectful. Food is all fresh and higher standard to other 4* hotels l found. The snack bar l felt was little disappointing with just 1 or 2 selections of food (mainly pasties but occasionally hotdogs or pizzas). The beach is around 10 minute walk with sunbeds, bars and hotels. A bys stop is also putside that can tajevyiu to old town. Amenities are with 1 big pool and infant pool is right amount and basic so no water slides. The classes are engaging if you have Pedro. Highly recommend the hotel.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, led by a great example from Anna, the manager. All inclusive food option amongst the best we have experienced. Property was spotless and room was of good size. Even though this was boutique hotel of only about 50 rooms, there were still day and evening activities for those who wanted to join in. Free parking was easy on a quiet rood just off the main route through Aghia Marina and outside the hotel. There is a convenient pathway from the rear of the hotel down to the main road, which about 50 yards long. Getting back up shouldn’t be an issue for anyone of average fitness with some steps then up to the pool area, though not suitable this way for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, we saw many good reviews before we booked and we were not disappointed. I can think of many so- called 5* hotel chains who could learn much from the way this hotel is run… Highly recommended!

This hotel had lots of positives but also a few things that could be improved. Pros - very clean, very closely located to the beach, a decent range of food for breakfast and dinner. Cons - the staff are really not very helpful. I won’t name and shame, but one particular person on the reception barely acknowledged us on arrival, didn’t seem to be expecting us till the evening (despite having booked and organised the taxi for us), could not offer any tourist information (when I asked which beach she would recommend visiting, she simply said that I’ll “work it out”). The pool bar - great staff and friendly, but not much ambience in the evening. A lot of the food from the buffet was not labelled so sometimes it was a guessing game. You also have to pay a deposit for pool towels rather than it being provided (I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels where this wasn’t the case). Overall this hotel was good but not amazing. I can’t fault the cleanliness but the unhelpful staff and poor communication via email prior to the trip isn’t great.

Wir waren das erste mal in Kreta. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine schöne Insel. Hotel ist schön, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Eine kleine Anmerkung die Beschriftung am Buffet gab es nur alle 2 Tage. Duschvorhang für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss leider gab es auf der kleinen Terrasse keine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen aufzuhängen. Wir musste es auf über die Gartenstühle hängen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Fräscht hotell på lugnt läge med stor pool

Jättefina och rymliga rum. Vi bodde i familjerum. Enda minus är lite för hårda sängar för alla i familjen (smaksak) samt liten dusch med draperi - kommer lätt vatten på golvet i trångt badrum för fyra personer. Läget är mycket bra. Lugnt och ändå nära till huvudgatan och stranden. Där rekommenderar vi att ligga vid Sebastians. Dore har trevlig personal. Fantastisk pool, jättestor. Frukost ok men jag hade inte valt halvpension igen för middagsbuffén är relativt smaklös. Hade varit bättre att rikta in sig på tex två rätter och göra dem bra. Mer smak o krydda behövs. Efterrätterna var många ovh borde varit mycket mindre i storlek. Jag kan tänka mig att bo här igen.

Lugnt, rent och fräscht hotell med fin pool. Ok frukost buffé. Provade buffé middag en kväll men tyvärr blir det oftast torrt och överkokt. Men det finns många bra restauranger i närheten. Hade rum med seawiew. Vill man sitta på balkongen på eftermiddagen blir det väldigt varmt då solen ligger på hela eftermiddagen. Sköna sängar! Överlag ett trevligt hotell som jag absolut kan tänka mig att åka tillbaka till igen. Reste i slutet på juni, två vuxna och en 16 åring.
