A lovely week staying at the Girogiali hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and had all we needed. The location was perfect being on the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. We loved that we had the option each day of using the sun loungers by the pool or the beach. Stunning view from the balcony.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even nicer.

Lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly! The room was as described & perfect for our short stay. Lovely little pool and right on the beach. Place was very clean and tidy & in a good location. Only downside was the size of the bathroom but that cannot be helped.

Me and my girlfriend had the most pleasant week long stay! The hotel was fantastic as well as the staff. The location was absolutely perfect, as it is situated right at the beach and in the middle of a multitude of stores! Lot of delicious places for food nearby aswell. We will definitely be coming back!

Its a good location and a beach hotel but it doesn't provide towels for the beach - makes zero sense especially for the paid price and you are not allowed to use provided towels. Owners seems to be always unhappy/ anoyed doesnt matter what you ask for. Seems like running this business is a punishment for them. Toilet and shower are literally together you will shower with actual toilet! If you tall / large person good luck... again for £140 a night that is absolutely ridiculous... WiFi is very poor - dont even bother usig it. Its a shame because it is a good location with a lots of potential.

A real little gem of a hotel.Quite a surprise knowing how cheap it was to book (July 26). Right on the beach with a fantastic small pool.Easy going & laid back atmosphere.Right in the heart of Katos Stalos with everything right outside and along the beach. Highly recommended & honestly we will rebook here again.

Harmoniskt ställe nära havet

Helt fantastiskt mysigt lugnt ställe precis vid havet. Fria solstolar är ett plus. Fräsch pool. Jättegullig trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Busshållplatsen nära om man vill åka in till Chania. Vi kommer verkligen åka tillbaka till detta mysiga ställe. Man hör både den trafikerade vägen och havets vågor tydligt när man ska sova. Men detta var inget som störde oss.

Vi bodde i ett superior rum med pentry i två veckor. Det var ett supermysigt hotell, bara några steg ner till en fin, lugn sandstrand och en ren fin pool med poolbar. Lugnt läge precis innan den livligare delen av gatan börjar. Bra kommunikationer till Chania, busstation nära hotellet. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent och fräscht rum med sköna sängar. Vad jag förstod under vår vistelse så beror nog trivseln på vilket rum man får, vi fick inte ett rum som vette mot vägen men förstod av de som bodde i dessa att det var väldigt mycket ljud från vägen. Hotellet var väldigt lyhört överlag men gästerna var tysta och lugna så det var inget som störde. Det som jag personligen tyckte var negativt var pentryt. Det fanns bara vattenkokare och kaffebryggare och ett kylskåp. Ingen kokplatta, vilket var konstigt, för de hade köksfläkt. Bestick, tallrikar och glas fanns till två personer. Överlag är vi jättenöjda med vår resa hit och skulle absolut åka tillbaka.

Séjour en août 221. Petit hôtel en bord de mer avec piscine d'eau douce et snack. Possibilité d'occuper les transats sur la plage toute la journée contre une boisson, même un café. Quartier très animé avec beaucoup de restaurants autour qui sont très bons pour la plupart. Heureusement la chambre est bien insonorisée et toutes les chambres sont face à la mer. Les gros inconvénients de cet hôtel sont la salle de bain qui est miniscule, quand on prend une douche tout est trempé, il n'y a pas toujours d'eau chaude, le ménage n'est fait que tous les deux voir trois jours et la patronne n'est pas très aimable, souvent même pas bonjour ce qui est très rare en Grèce.

professional Managers actions makes the difference

The first night we checked in late, we got the only room available, a front road facing room, it was a main street and traffic was constant and loud. Next morning i met the Manager Nassus, told him the situation, he immediately upgraded us to the next available room later that nearer the sea. Problem solved. This place is a little gem, right on the beach. Room had great amenities and when I requested an iron, I got it immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and Nassus is very welcoming and professional. Hubby and I cannot wait to return.
