Lovely hotel with spacious room that had a swim up pool. Room was very clean with good facilities. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants within a short walk and some shopping. Would stay again!

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.

Beautiful couples getaway

A lovely 4 day break. We wish we had have booked longer. We stayed in a room with a shared private pool. Pool is cleaned daily, a little cold but you soon get used to it. You share with 3 other couples. Staff can’t do enough to help you. They’re all so friendly. Breakfast is so fresh and always updated. The bar menu, is also lovely. The food is cooked fresh to order and tastes great. Only downside is the food closes a little early and it’s so good they would be a great restaurant option. Cleaners come everyday and the hi-tech kit allows you to put a digital DND sign on. We would 100% go back!!!

We had the most incredible time at Phos Hotel! Me and my best friend booked Phos Hotel for our yearly girls’ holiday and we were just blown away by the service, cleanliness and friendliness here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured - it’s really peaceful and relaxing as it’s not a huge hotel which we prefer. The staff were incredible and always went above and beyond for us! Maria and Petros were both fantastic, so kind and helpful, printing off the bus timetable, booking excursions and giving us recommendations of places to go! Akis on the bar and the security guy were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome and safe! Our room was spotless (and continued to be, housekeeping was fantastic!), we had a view over the pool, which was glorious to wake up to every day. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, and again the staff were super friendly and took good care of us. The location was perfect for us as we wanted easy access to the beach, but also the ability to be able to get into Chania easily by public transport! Chania is a €2 20 minute bus journey away, so super easy and cheap to get to! We also went to Rethymno which was just over an hour away by bus and only about €7 (you have to go to Chania first and get the bus from there!). We just had the most amazing time here, wish we could come back already!! Would definitely recommend!

We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool. The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel! Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania.

Chambre confortable, personnel accueillant et poli. Bémol le lit à refaire tous les jours, bruit continu de l'eau . Piscine au pied de la terrasse très sympa. Petit déjeuner peut être amélioré . Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le quartier est animé, plein de restaurants à quelques pas.

Ruhige, eher kleine Hotelanlage. Toll zum entspannen. Sehr schöne Zimmer und alle sind wirklich wahnsinnig nett. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln - außer, dass wir in der Deluxe Suite keine Sonne im Swim up Pool hatten. Gegen Nachmittag steht etwas Sonne im Pool aber nie auf den Liegen. Die unteren Zimmer waren ab morgens sonnig. Das ist eine gute Info vorab :)
