Villa Amelia was the perfect spot for my family. The house is in a great location !

We were able to take daily trips throughout the island and then come back to a very comfortable home. The location is perfect to go out to eat or eat in!

Great House

Loved the House, the weather, the water. It is a bit on the outskirts of Chania, so the car comes in handy. Great stay.

Beautiful villa with wonderful roof terrace

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa everything we needed was there even the charcoal and lighter for the bbq. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the car was so handy for getting around in we found a lovely beach just 5 minutes away. Thank you so much Stella and Maria for all of your help before we arrived and at the beginning of our stay 😊

Great rental for family and perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and cozy. All the beds were very comfortable and the home is spacious. We really appreciated the safe balconies on the property. The pool was amazing for days we did not go to the beach and perfect for all ages. The location is not far from the major city cites and there are two markets in short distance walk. We were overall very happy with our stay at Villa Amelia and cannot wait to come back to Crete. I would highly recommend this rental to a family looking to enjoy the area and have a comfortable stay.

Outstanding quality villa, well equipped and mini van to drive for free.

The villa is situated only a 15 minute drive from the airport. A driver will meet you, for a small charge, and take you to the villa where you have full use of the villa’s mini van that seats 9 people for the duration of your stay. The villa is spotlessly clean and is regularly cleaned during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, with high quality crockery and utensils. An abundance of towels are provided and hair dryers. You will only need your own beach towels. Each room is equipped with soaps and shampoos in a very hotel-like way. There is a massive lounge with large tv, it mainly has satellite channels from Europe and BBC World News, but we just logged into our own Netflix account and had everything we needed. The pool is not enormous, but suited us fine. There was a very shallow end partitioned off by a small submerged wall, which would be ideal for toddlers. The main pool is uniformly quite deep with only a slight difference between the two ends. I could stand up in the shallower end, but it was up to my chest, and was out of depth in the deep end. The water is very clean and warm enough to be pleasant almost as soon as you are in. There are ample loungers of very high quality. The roof boasts the most glorious sun terrace, dotted with sun loungers and even a massive bed. It is a wonderful place to take in the view across the bay and watch the sun go down. There is also an outside seating area next to a well equipped BBQ. There are four bedrooms, one downstairs that has a bathroom next door to it and three ensuite rooms upstairs. All have balconies and high quality furnishings. Every room has individually controlled air conditioning and it works extremely well. Excellent beaches, shops, towns and tourist attractions are short journeys away. It is very well positioned from that point of view. We were extremely well looked after when we were there and all questions answered immediately by Stella. We will definitely return to this property.
