With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, welcoming air-conditioned interiors, extensive grounds with terraces and private pool, Villa Archontoula can comfortably sleep 5 to 6 guests with unbeatable value for money. The perfect location at the edge of Kampani Village will amaze even the most demanding guests, mixing the rural feeling, with sea views in the distance, with close proximity to beaches and amenities.

Inside, the welcoming Villa Archontoula is set all over one floor. It is modern, airy, full of light, spacious, and is surrounded by terraces to enjoy most of the beautiful Cretan sun. Entrance is onto the spacious, open plan, living room with adjoining well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of space to relax while enjoying a movie (smart tv provided), read a book, cook, or dine together. The decor is welcoming to ensure a pleasant holiday experience. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and one with a single bed. An extra guest (child, up to 12 years old) can be accommodated on the sofa in the lounge. The villa also offers 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub with shower over, one with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate).

Outside, Villa Archontoula offers to its guests all the charm of Cretan countryside with the added bonus of a newly added private swimming pool. The beautiful, sparkling swimming pool measures 8m x 3m and depth is 1.5m. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for relaxing hours relaxing and chilling out. Enjoy the views over the nature up to the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, or taste a delicious al-fresco meal, or drink a refreshing glass of local orange juice: Villa Archontoula will amaze you. Barbecue and outdoor dining area are available on the extensive terraces of the villa, and private parking is also available within the premises.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
