"Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."

"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel and compared favourably to other venues we tried. We'd certainly stay at this excellent hotel again."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature."
