"Nice helpful people. Checkin on the slow side. Lovely hotel, well laid out. Restaurant buffet was pretty decent with lots of choice. Breakfast was superb. Great for access to Disney. Shuttle service free but very busy. Hard to get on at times"

My only problem was that days in advance of my arrival I followed the instructions given on the app/website to write to the hotel in order to give them my time of arrival and arrange to meet the shuttle. I wrote several times with no response! I finally called just before I got on my plane to Paris. Because I don't speak French it took sometime (and 3 phone calls) to have them send me instructions via Whatsapp. They said they never received emails from me so...
