"This hotel was clean and light and the room was huge by hotel standards. Everything worked as expected: the elevator was speedy, the parking was easy, the linens were clean and fresh. The desk staff and bar staff were friendly and efficient. "

"Front desk did not respond to emails prior to stay. Front desk was unaware of whether or not pillows in the room were foam or feather. “Front desk doesn’t know about that kind of stuff, only housekeeping.” When asked about late checkout, instead of leaving a note for a one hour extension, response “You can stay until 12, if they knock on your door just tell them that.” Odd lackadaisical service. "

"The rooms were extremely outdated and looked straight out of the 1990s. The AC kept shutting off, leaving the room either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, and the walls were painted yellow with obvious spot‑painting that made everything look even worse. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of the worst Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, but they have no elevators. You have to carry a luggage up and down steps and go up and down steps to get to breakfast. Not good if you have any disabilities or are up in age."
