Appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, refait à neuf dans un immeuble sécurisé. Il se situe dans le centre ville de Chantilly et à 600m de la gare.
L'appartement se compose d'une chambre de 20 m2 avec balcon (vue dégagée sans vis-à-vis), une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, un grand salon et une cuisine équipée. L'entrée des lieux se fait grâce au badge de l'immeuble (à récupérer à 100m de l'appartement) et d'un code unique pour la serrure connectée (instructions envoyées la veille).

La chambre de 20 m2 donne sur un balcon où une petite table et deux chaises vous permettront de profiter de la vue dégagée.
La literie neuve (matelas et oreillers) de ce lit 200 x 200 vous permettront de passer des nuits reposantes.

La salle d'eau avec sa grande douche à l'italienne sera votre lieu de détente.

Le salon est équipé d'une smart TV avec abonnement NETFLIX, Prime video et Molotov TV (chaines de la TNT française) inclus, ainsi que d'une cheminée pour les froides soirées d'hiver.
