"Thank you Alexander for the prompt and effective check in, lots of information and we are grateful. Alisha too was a really helpful associate and very helpful. A pleasure to meet both people who clearly enjoyed their work and it showed. We had a good nights sleep and the room was clean, TV stopped after channel 25 though which was a surprise. Breakfast had enough for all to enjoy something from cereal to cooked, I found the sausage nice and tangy but my wife didnt. The orange juice was fresh and the coffee and tea plentiful. Only one downside was the shuttle bus had no aircon and was very hot, not whats expected from this chain and was a surprise. We head back to England with full tummies and positive memories of our holiday and this hotel in particular."

"The location is nice but wish the hotel had some TLC. The room it self was nice, beds were so comfy and very spacious. The front desk was so helpful! The hostess at the late night food was so kind and so was the breakfast lady."

"We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast server Kenny's heartfelt courtesy and professionalism as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist Aisha. As a principle, supplies in the room must include bottle of drinking water and other items even for the bookers via 3rd party (we were denied to get the privilege for the fact that we booked via expedia) no matter what is the cost. The room was somehow noisy due to the sound comes from the motor planted on the ground (It probabily is the central external unit for the AC system) located by the window side of our room. Though it may be mostly full house, the hotel should at least orally recognize returning customers."
