"N'ayant pas pris de petit-déjeuner, je ne peux me prononcer la dessus. Par contre mon PC (un vieux coucou) n'arrivait pas à trouver le réseau wifi de l’hôtel, j'ai donc utilisé mon portable comme routeur. Concernant le confort de la chambre, tout a été correct, j'ai tout particulièrement apprécié le moelleux de la literie. "

The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Our host and owner of this magnificant château put on delicious breakfasts every morning and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner one night. Our room was stunning as was the property including a very elegant pool and lovely terrace. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to return one day!"

Our family absolutely loved it, loved the old house, loved the decorations, and particularly loved the fact that it seemed as though there were secret rooms and areas which my kids adored. "Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."

"Lovely little stopover place on our way down south. This is the third time we’ve used it. The breakfast is good and there’s a nice little restaurant serving pizzas and pastas next door. "

"The property is in the middle of retail/industrial estate so it looks very strange. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room was very small with no drawers to put anything. The air conditioning was not very effective and if you had the window open it was often quite noisy. Our room overlooked the car park so you couldn’t open the curtain because you could quite clearly be seen as there were no blinds. The lighting in the room was quite poor with the best light in the bathroom. The plug in our was basin broke and despite several requests for it to be fixed it wasn’t. Having said all that the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. "
