Já foi ótimo, principalmente na pandemia, mas hoje deixou a desejar, ficamos num quarto que apesar da janela, não tinha visão para nada, dava numa área tipo porão, cheia de móveis, nem podia abrir a janela, péssimo. Totalmente diferente de outras estadias no mesmo hotel que tivemos.

O hotel é muito bom, possui um café maravilhoso. O que deixou a desejar é que fica próximo a uma avenida onde jovens se reúnem e ficam ouvindo som alto em seus carros até amanhecer o dia, atrapalhando bastante pra dormir…

Recepção bem atrapalhada, segurança deixa a desejar, tanto que foi necessário trocar de quarto, o banheiro fedia esgoto, a bancada da pia avançava sobre o sanitário, as camas apertadas, que mal conseguia me movimentar entre elas, não havia controle do ar quando cheguei no quarto, o barulho a noite é infernal, música alta e barulho de moto na avenida em frente a Madrugada toda, mal consegui dormir. Na última noite, sequer fizeram limpeza do quarto, quando cheguei a noite estava exatamente como quando saí de manhã, enfim, experiência ruim, não voltarei mais lá.

Acesso um pouco estranho, mas hotel é muito bom

O acesso à recepção é um bocado estranho (pela garagem) e causa má impressão inicial. Mas o hotel em si é muito bom, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso. Como pedimos um quarto triplo (casal + 2 crianças) o quarto ficou apertado, mas também sem maiores problemas quando a isso. No sábado tivemos o infortúnio de mas redondezas acontecer uma festa com música horrível que foi até de manhã, perturbando o sono. Mas isso não é culpa do hotel, embora talvez devesse ter denunciado à polícia por perturbação.

Custo x benefício é excelente. A noite, quem fica nos quartos voltado pra av. principal da cidade, não dá pra dormir direito. Muitos carros com som ligado num volume alto. Não são todas as noites, mas acontece.
