O local é completamente seguro e confortável, oferecendo banheiro limpo, quarto organizado, e café da manhã com várias opções. É um local realmente muito bom. Quando eu preciso me hospedar em Chapecó para compromissos da faculdade eu sempre fico nesse hotel.

Hotel é bom, café da manhã uma delícia, mas o atendimento na recepção deixou muito a desejar. Além da grande demora no checkin, alguns funcionários (nem todos) estavam com um humor pessimo. Pareciam que estavam fazendo um favor. O Hotel poderia ser perfeito, mas deixou a desejar nesse ponto. Ressalto o excelente café da manhã, grande variedade e produtos deliciosos.

O local é aconchegante e perfeito para viagens a trabalho ou a turismo. Atendimento de qualidade, ambiente limpo e quartos confortáveis com climatizadores. Seguro, só abre a porta do quarto se tiver um cartão de hóspede. Tem também uma ótima vista da avenida do Efapi. Pela manhã, servem um café delicioso, que tem frutas (melancia, mamão, melão...), pães (francês, fatiado), pão de queijo, acompanhamentos para o pão (salsicha, queijo, salame...), bebidas (água, suco, iogurte), entre outros. Recomendo a hospedagem no local, especialmente para pessoas como eu, universitários de outras cidades da região de Chapecó, quando precisam estar presentes à universidade cedo de manhã.
