"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep!

"The view at Les Terrasses d’Eze is absolutely breathtaking — every room offers a stunning sea view. The spa is exceptional, with world-class treatments and state-of-the-art facilities that invite pure relaxation. Although the gym is on the smaller side, it’s perfectly convenient and even provides yoga mats so you can practice outdoors while enjoying the panoramic view.
The infinity pool and its serene surroundings create an atmosphere of total peace, ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is served as a generous outdoor buffet overlooking the sea — a perfect way to start the day.
The location is also very convenient, with Monaco just 30 minutes away, and Uber service readily available. Overall, a wonderful combination of beauty, wellness, and accessibility."

"This was a last minute stay booked due to an issue with our local Airbnb, but it was exactly what I needed - the room was small but perfectly comfortable and had everything I could want to relax and decompress. The only small caveat is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the conversations next door pretty clearly, but luckily I had quiet neighbours :) The thing that made this stay so good was Nina on reception - she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful - she is a real asset to the property and turned what would have been a fairly basic visit into something exceptional.
