"Very clean property and rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Hotel is older and rooms are smaller but has had upgrades done to the rooms. Such as new furniture and paint, very nicely decorated. Great water pressure, which is amazing after a day of traveling. We did have an issue with our air conditioner not working but it was a cooler night so we didn't need it that badly. Did not report it until we checked out. Still a great experience overall!"

"The coffee machines at breakfast were a bottle neck and the breakfast was cold the first day. The rooms were clean and nice. "Right in downtown Mancos. Small room with shower. Mattress lumpy, not comfortable. The upstairs area is quite charming with a sitting area and a large full kitchen where we made our lunches. Very clean. Be careful when you pay- you are offered the opportunity to add a tip and without thinking I tapped 20% on a bill of about $400. I wish I had said “no tip” and just left cash on the nightstand. When I asked the owner about it she said all the tip goes to the cleaning staff and offered a refund. I let it go. Lucky day for some housecleaner."

"My stay was very nice. The cabin was clean and the bed was decent. There was plenty of room for bags and my dog's bed. The bathroom was nearby and easy to access and I really liked that there was room to walk my dog it was fairly quiet for being so close to a main road. I didn't meet any staff as they had prepared an envelope with instructions. That was okay."
