"Love it at this hotel when i go and visit my family. Great tonhave kids in, with multi functional kitchen and also with the restaurant next door, having the option to be able order food and either eating inside or they will bring it r8ght to your door. Super friendly staff and very happy with the stays when i go out to chapleau with my kids."

"This is a very nice unit, loft like with beautiful views on the village. The unit is well appointed. The external stairway is somewhat rough looking. The bed is comfortable and it is super quiet"

"The manager said we had to check in before 10 pm. We put in reservation that we were checking in late and getting off the train from Folleyette. Then said we needed to pay 10 more because there was 2 of us and that our reservation only had 1 adult. Wanted us to pay that at restaurant next day. The receipt plainly said 2 guests. Confusing as to where place was and how to check in. Didn’t get room that was reserved. Reserved 9. Manager said use #4 but #4 had someone in it. Slept in #2"
