Our room was very clean and on the back of the hotel so it was quiet, parking was great and it was a friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was a good visit. The only issue I had was it was missing a shower curtain. They were very sorry about that, and I suspect they may not have expected us to stay in that room.

Housekeeping cleaned out trash and gave new towels. However, room was not vacuumed (powder crumbs spilled in center of rug the night before were still there the next night), no coffee replacement, and dehumidifier in room was full and not emptied. No ice vending machines on 2nd floor available. 3rd floor machine was gone. This was a big disappointment after 5 stars on my last visit.

Quick stay in Chapmanville for a wrestling tourney. My son and I were welcomed promptly by a kind staff member. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and convenient.
