"Need better signage to get to parking lot because it’s all faded out. Room was overall clean and no sign of bed bugs so huge plus but could’ve used a dusting between bed and lamp shades had spots on them like they were old. we should’ve asked for thicker blanket which they said if we needed more blankets or pillows to just call. Carpet in building is old, the base area of wall going up stairs need cleaned. Would stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly, they even give you a list of suggested restaurants in the area. Smelled clean when we walked in with housekeeping always available. Very quiet throughout the night and pots and pan available in the kitchenette "

Everything was clean and fresh feeling, and the kids loved the board games and fooseball table in the lounge/lobby. It was our first stay at a Tru, and while it worked for us, it's worth noting that the rooms are very tight (there's no couch or "living room" space). "
