"Amazing fresh breakfast with a great variety of continental or cooked breakfast items. Rooms a little outdated but in line with traditional chalet style and had everything we needed (a fridge would have been a helpful addition). Housekeeping ensured the room was made up and clean every day without fail. Hotel bar was very expensive and never saw anyone sat there. Hotel minibus service was fantastic. A lovely stay, ski in - ski out was amazing, staff were helpful. "

"Great little boutique hotel, well located to ski in and out with amazingly helpful boot room staff. Rooms are very hot and no way of cooling them - radiator was off and we still had to sleep with windows open. Sauna was broken for the duration and no sign or any notice to advise guests of that. Over a 5 night stay, staff did not replenish amenities in the room which was irritating such as shower gel, tea bags etc. Breakfast was also not replenished enough. Overall a lovely stay but for the cost, these little issues should be addressed."

"A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired. The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the hot food was not so hot and was catering to the masses. The website is quite misleading, it really is a Village split up so advertising restaurants available are actually in different hotels under h the same umbrella name The photos on the website are quite misleading of the pool area the decking is rotting and there were hair bands and other bits left on the side. If you are looking for an easy access hotel to the slopes and tignes le lac no frills hotel it’s an option but if you are looking for proper 4 star, a bit of a treat look else where. "

"Excellent hotel - great location and facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options could benefit from more diverse range of fruits and certain items only available on specific days. Dinner menu while great could be more staple given the resort - dont aim for gournemt. Children’s salmon came overdozed in salt (not ok). Congierge while helpful needed prompting on occasions regarding our car (and waited 45min after requested for it when leaving). "

"The rooms were clean, the towels soft, soap smells great. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the snow and 4 different lifts. The ski room has lockers for each room with 4 boot driers in each. The spa was very good after skiing, with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Staff is super friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and give recommendations."
