"We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty. "

"We stayed with 3 families with 7 kids and Grandma over Easter. The place was fantastic with a number of really helpful amenities such as towels and robes, shampoo and shower gel, dishwasher tablets, sugar, coffee pods etc… Communications were great, and the hosts were evening responding when we had a slight issue on Saturday evening. We would definitely recommend and are hopefully going to book again for our next family gathering sometime. "

The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was a big hit. The management was excellent—quick to respond to any questions we had. Our first Christmas at a neutral location, took some planning but it worked out very well, the kitchen was great with all the equipment you could need. Loved the Aga too. "Excellent accommodation and a really nicely renovated building. The rooms were spacious and in immaculate condition with an excellent range of facilities. I was on business in the area for the week and the owner kindly welcomed me and provided delicious breakfasts each morning. I will certainly stay again when I return to the area, be it for business or for a weekend away in the future. Wonderful!"

"Would definitely stay here again. One of the best showers and towels I have had in a hotel. Well thought out rooms. The breakfast was really good and plenty of choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all the sights and to the shops and lots of good restaurants close by."
