"We had a very short stay and so didn’t use any of the amenities available. The property was exactly as advertised and met our needs. There was clear communication with the property manager and the check in process was very easy. It’s a perfect location as you are very near colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and museums."

We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms.
