From the time we checked in until the time we left, our stay went smooth. The room was extremely clean, the pool area was great but I felt like they could have used a few more umbrellas, the food areas were clean & inviting. The main complaint I had were the elevators. They were so slow. When coming up from the parking garage, which was well lit & spacious, the elevator wait was tiresome. Everything else about our stay was great.

Waking up to the sound of a hacksaw is not ideal. They are clearly in the midst of renovations and that would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Elevators need service, usually only one was working and it sounded terrible. Great shuttle service to downtown and great cafe/bar food and drink options.
