I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, walking distance to practically everything. It was really nice to be right on the river. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, it hit all the five star marks for me.

I didn't use the gym, as I was only there for one night. However, the staff was very nice--I recognized people from my last stay--and when I realized I had left my toothpaste behind, the lady at the front desk gave me a tube. I like the place and it is just around the corner from Capitol Street, with good restaurants and my favorite bookstore, Taylor's Books. I plan to stay there for my next visit.

The hotel has a wonderful view of the Kanawha River. The room is spacious but does overlook the road, so you will hear cars throughout the night. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. This hotel is a good value for the money.

I always enjoy staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Charleston. There is just something special about this place. I really appreciate the history of the hotel and the surrounding area. It gives you a sense of Charleston's past while still offering all the comfort you need. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore the city. Every visit has been a great experience, and I find myself looking forward to coming back. If you enjoy staying somewhere with character, history, and genuine hospitality, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
