The standard cleaning fee covers: ✔️ 1 mid-stay clean (for stays up to 30 days) ✔️ Final move-out clean For longer stays: • 31–45 days – An additional $150 cleaning fee will be requested to cover a second mid-stay clean • 45+ days – We’ll request $300/month to cover biweekly cleanings By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cleaning schedule.
🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
