Nice spot for a quick getaway

We stayed here for a couple of nights visiting Charleston. We had no issues with the property and the place was clean and had some complimentary snacks as well. We would definitely stay again.

Every thing as described, 10 minute drive to Folly island beach. Short drive to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed a nice stay in a quiet area.

Thanksgiving Get-together

The location was perfect for us since we were 6 minutes from our friends house for Thanksgiving. We were able to enjoy downtown Charleston, go to Folly beach and take in the Fantasy Lights show. Great weekend! We'd stay again.

Good for resting our heads!

This little property was just what we needed as my husband and I spent a few days in Charleston at a conference/ out for meals with friends. The kitchen was well stocked for quick bites, the Keurig pods were good and strong, and James was kind enough to turn the lights on for us when we ended up not getting in until much later than expected the first night. Super easy and quick drive into/ out of Charleston with very little traffic at the times we were driving. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication was easy and responsive, and it was a fine stay for what we needed.

Very cozy and comfy place!

Jim is a wonderful host and person. Enjoy talking with him and meeting him. He was there to greet and welcome me. Will continue to stay there when I visit folly Beach and Charleston area.

Cute quiet place

Very unique place. Very clean, well stocked, fresh linens and short trip to downtown Charleston. James was an excellent host. James gave us his suggestions for local food on the island, to which we visited twice Ellis Creek Fish camp. Food was delicious, pet friendly and service was A+. Would stay again.

Perfect for couples

The tiny modular home was perfect- the kitchen and living room shared open space! The tv instructions were easy to understand and we enjoyed watching The Ranch on Netflix! The bathroom had enough room and shower had the perfect warm water! The bedroom had the coolest lamps! The bed was very comfortable!

Checked in with ease! Owner had great communication when I contacted him with a question. Central to lots of places and restaurants. Visited James Island State Park, Magnolia Plantation., Charleston Tea Plantation, Downtown Marketplace and King Street. Had a blast!

Our host was very friendly and his dog Ruby was also very friendly! The mobile home had everything we needed and the location to downtownCharleston was only a 10-15 minute car ride away! Only one minor drawback is the couch wasn’t very comfortable but this wouldn’t deter us from a return stay because everything else was so nice
